Position Overview :
- As a Franchise Business Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, securing, and nurturing relationships with prospective franchise partners. Your primary responsibility will be to expand our stock market hybrid learning centers through strategic franchise development efforts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the financial industry, proven experience in franchise development, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Franchise Development :
- Identify and evaluate potential franchise partners who align with our brand values and business objectives.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive franchise development strategy to achieve targeted growth objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify potential locations and assess market viability.
2. Relationship Building :
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospective franchisees through effective communication and engagement.
- Provide detailed information about our franchise model, investment requirements, and support services to potential partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and support for new franchisees.
3. Sales and Negotiation :
- Lead the sales process, from initial contact through contract negotiation and finalizing agreements.
- Conduct presentations and sales meetings to showcase the benefits of our franchise opportunity.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with potential franchise partners, ensuring alignment with company policies and standards.
4. Training and Support :
- Collaborate with the training team to ensure that franchisees receive comprehensive training on our stock market hybrid learning programs.
- Provide ongoing support to franchise partners, addressing any concerns or challenges they may encounter.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in franchise development or a similar role within the financial industry.
- Strong understanding of stock market education and hybrid learning models.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel as needed for business development and relationship-building activities
