Role: Country Sales Head (India)
Location: Gurgaon
The Country Head- Sales will manage and execute all the sales activities for the brand - devising sales plan and budget, justifying the plan to upper management, sales collaterals, sell to customer needs, building strong customer connects on-ground and identify emerging audience for our products.
Job Responsibilities :
Overview of Role and Requirements :
1. Sales & Marketing :
- Profit and Loss Management: Defining, implementing and achieving the annual operating targets.
- Achieving the Annual Operating sales plan by reviewing and motivating the team on a weekly basis.
- Reviewing pan-India Marketing & Mobilization Plan on a monthly basis with person responsible and deadlines.
- Conceptualizing and implementing brand guidelines, business model and operating framework.
2. New Business Development :
- Managing multiple revenue streams and creating new revenue streams in both B2C & B2B markets.
- Analysing city-wise potential and leading the NBD team to open new centres as per AOP timelines.
- Stakeholder Management: Managing different franchise, government and other business partners.
3. Team Management (Pan India) :
- Hiring, retaining and managing multiple teams in the organization.
- Building a culture of performance and open communication within the teams.
- Works closely with senior management to define optimal performance measurements and performance management programs required to ensure organization success.
- Compliance and SOP.
- Being the custodian of all standard operating protocols to ensure quality across all franchise and company owned centres.
- Creating a culture of continuous process improvement within the teams

Educational Qualifications / Experience / Skills.
- BE/B.Tech / MBA from Tier I & II Colleges with 10+yrs experience of Ed-Tech Industry.
- Candidate should have minimum 10+ of experience in Selling ERP / CRM Based Solutions.
- Must possess good knowledge of ERP / CRM Industry processes.
- The ideal candidate must be an accomplished sales professional and should possess consistent successful track record in achieving stretch goals with strategic accounts, in a complex and culturally challenging region.
- A profound market understanding in strategic and consultative sales, with the ability and credibility to engage the client's - C-Suite- and winning their trust and consequent business.
- Expert in the Ed-tech industry (prime targets being top Most Consulting, system integrators of scale and global software companies) and knows how to demonstrate outstanding business knowledge.
- Knowledgeable in the Enterprise Solutions Sales and Services industry, ERP solutions knowledge, Track record will be important as well as traction with Global Strategic accounts.
- Well-developed strategic skills to drive Sales and Marketing and go-to-market improvement.
- Has experience in growing a business in a relatively short timeframe and with aggressive growth targets; proven track record to build a team and capability.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within complex organizations with the knowledge of how to successfully navigate issues with imaginative and winning solutions.
- Ability to manage large teams.
- Excellent Written and verbal communication skills.
- Should be ready/willing to travel extensively
