Key Responsibilities:
1. Franchise Development:
- Identify and target potential franchisees to expand our brand presence via emails & Cold calling
- Develop and implement strategies to attract qualified franchise prospects.
- Conduct presentations and negotiations to secure new franchise partnerships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials for franchise recruitment or lead generation
2. B2B Sales:
- Cultivate and manage relationships with B2B clients to drive sales.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new B2B sales opportunities.
- Create compelling sales proposals and presentations for potential B2B clients.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with B2B partners to maximize profitability.
3. Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Conduct market research to identify potential areas for franchise expansion and B2B growth.
- Provide regular reports on market conditions, competitor activities, and sales performance.
4. Training and Support:
- Collaborate with the training department to develop training programs for new franchisees.
- Provide ongoing support to franchisees and B2B clients to ensure success and satisfaction.
- Address and resolve any concerns or challenges faced by franchisees and B2B partners.
