Job profile for telecaller :
- Conducting market research and keeping up to date with knowledge of the market
- Tele calling sales regarding stock markets
TARGET ORIENTED :
- Convincing clients to invest in stock markets
Important- Advising the clients when to invest and where to invest
- Customers will be provided by the company just make the leads
JOB SUMMARY :
Job purpose - Telephonic sales,Acting as a contact between company and client and convincing clients to work with us by providing best services.
Job importance - Working by sitting at one place and handling clients on phone, Also you will enjoy working as employee need to go door to door for the sale or services.
Contribution - One should believe in winning and convincing and achieving monthly targets leading to attractive incentives (like Two wheeler, foreign trips on over achievements of target)
JOB CHALLENGES :
Deadline - Every 30 days (monthly targets will be given)
Punctuality - Should be prompt during the market trading time.
Quality - Should be prompt during the market time.
Communication -
- Should be good in speaking Hindi and English.
- Retention of the clients.
- Upgrading and cross selling the products.
