Stockal - Relationship Manager (3-8 yrs)
Role:
The role of a Relationship Manager is to develop and nurture relationships, offer solutions after acquiring a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements, expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing various solutions that meet their objectives aligned with the company's business strategy. Typically assigned to a set of relationships (based on relationship value), the Relationship Manager is responsible for achieving all the business objectives aligned to the business strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Track and reconcile daily/weekly subscription payments
- Track new account opening and trouble-shoot client queries
- Track number of daily/weekly accounts
- Track and reconcile daily/weekly subscription payments
- Handle client communication post-account opening and up to the first remittance
- Track daily/weekly account funding remittances
- Coordinate between client requests and US-brokerage team for customised requirements
- Coordinate with banking partners for overseas remittances on behalf of clients
Requirements :
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Background in finance is desired but not mandatory
- Experience in Banking, Investment Institutions are an added advantage.
