Stockal - Intern - Business Development & Growth Consultant (2-3 yrs)
Business Development & Growth Role Responsibilities :
- Assist the Head of Business in developing and implementing sales strategies to attract new clients and mine existing clients.
- Participate in market and business research to identify new opportunities and insights. Leverage Sales Data analysis - database skills are a plus.
- Help manage and maintain client relationships and communicate with potential customers and prospects i.e. discovery calls with clients.
- Support the creation of client sales presentations and proposals.
- Work on low-cost growth hacks.

- Open to all Bachelors' education with a minimum ~2 yrs work experience. A Master's degree or MBA is a plus. Open to Pre-MBA and Post-MBA (waiting to join) candidates

- Any prior working experience on the business, client side preferably in a fintech or international education sectors is a plus. Curiosity for startups, technology and growth.
- Proficiency in creating detailed presentations (MS PowerPoint, Google Slides) and proposal documents.
- Excellent communication (both written and verbal), influence and presentation skills
- Passion/Achievements shown in academic record, and/or in extracurricular activities

Employment Type :

Reports to : Head of Business
Stipend/Compensation : Negotiable based on experience and skills for 2-3 months. Post this period, hiring/extension compensation will be based on market benchmarked remuneration.
