Stock Daddy - Trading Counsellor (1-2 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

Outbound Calling :

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote our products/services.

Client Acquisition : Identify and engage potential students interested in learning stock trading through outbound calls, emails, and in-person consultations.

Consultative Sales : Provide expert advice and guidance on our stock market courses, tailoring recommendations to meet individual learning needs and career goals.

Lead Management : Follow up on leads generated through various channels and convert them into enrollments.

Product Knowledge : Maintain an in-depth understanding of our courses, trading tools, and resources to effectively communicate their benefits to prospective students.

Relationship Building : Establish and nurture relationships with students, offering continuous support and addressing any queries or concerns.

Sales Targets : Achieve and exceed monthly enrollment targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Market Research : Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to provide relevant insights and advice to students.

Feedback Collection : Gather feedback from students to improve our courses and student experience.

Team Collaboration : Work closely with the academic and marketing teams to optimize sales strategies and enhance course offerings.

Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities and student interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Qualifications :

- Minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience in sales.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to articulate product features and benefits clearly.

- Strong negotiation and closing skills.

- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

Other Skills Required :

Stock Market Knowledge is Mandatory, Tele sales, CRM, Tech Savvy, Excel, Microsoft 365, Good & Clear communication
