STIR - Director - Direct Marketing (7-12 yrs)

As Director of Direct Marketing at Stir, you- ll be responsible for setting up and managing the Direct Marketing Practice and providing outstanding demand generation capability to Stir clients like VMware, Dell, BT, Amazon, Tata, Fidelity, 3M, Alstom, Titan, GE, Accenture, DuPont, BNY Mellon etc, primarily through outbound techniques. The role is a critical one that will support Stir's next phase of growth with a large focus on campaign ROI for Stir's clients and enable Stir to scale by creating and managing end-to-end, data and technology-driven demand management system.
In this role, you will lead a team that includes experts in direct marketing, data management, campaign managers and operations executives. You- ll be the focal point for Stir clients to coordinate lead generation and conversion strategy and nurture structure (including email marketing). You and your team will work closely with Stir's Strategy, Creative, Digital, and Operations teams to ensure consistent metrics and processes for fulfilling the client's demand generation objectives.
- Work closely with Stir leadership team to define and deliver capabilities with current technology and recommend new solutions
- Develop plans to ensure data and process integration of systems
- Establish program measurement methodology and analyze results in terms of ROI and success criteria.
- 7+ years of experience managing direct marketing campaigns and team
- Demonstrated experience in working with databases and marketing technologies.
- 5+ years of leading, managing, and coaching teams.
- Successful record of planning and delivering direct marketing campaigns to deliver results.
- Understanding of sales cycles and product life cycles of B2B clients.
