- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Channel Sales Manager to join our team in the Lighting/Electrical industry. As a Channel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with our channel partners, driving sales growth, and maximizing revenue potential.

- In this role, you will collaborate with our channel partners to develop and execute sales strategies that align with our company's objectives. You will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, implementing effective sales programs, and ensuring the successful launch of new products into the market. Additionally, you will be expected to analyze market trends, monitor competitor activities, and provide strategic recommendations to support our ongoing growth.

- To be successful in this position, you must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as you will be working closely with internal teams and external partners. A strong track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in the consumer electronics industry is essential. Furthermore, you should have a deep understanding of the channels and distribution networks within the industry, enabling you to develop and maintain successful partnerships.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute channel sales strategies to drive revenue growth

- Has prior networks in relation to architects, interior designers, builders.

- Sales through projects.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and retailers

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product launches and promotions

- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior

- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand market reach

- Train and educate channel partners on product features, benefits, and sales techniques

- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in channel sales or account management

- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in the lighting/electrical industry

- Strong understanding of channels and distribution networks within the industry

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
