Sterling Technolabs - Junior Business Development Executive (1-2 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop a global growth strategy focused both on business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Promote the company's services addressing or predicting clients objectives and needs.
- Experience of selling IT/software services and consulting services in the International & Indian markets.
- Lead Generation - penetrate and establish initial contact and gather information.
- Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
- Ability to identify the decision-maker and be comfortable calling and dealing with both business and technical executives and managers.
- Meet or exceed targets for both generating qualified leads and converting them into sales.
- Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
- Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
- Contact potential clients to establish relationships.
- Research communities, organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Create & meet a goal for solid direct customer meetings through different sources (Email, LinkedIn and other professional networking media).

- 06 months to 1 year of B2B business development experience in service based IT companies is a must.
- Proven track record of success driving revenue through discovering, prospecting, and creating new business and comfort generating new leads quickly.
- Hands on experience in lead generation via social media platforms including LinkedIn.
- Strong knowledge of Lead Generation and CRM tools and how to think innovatively in their use.
- The ability to contribute to the creation of personalized sales collateral would be an asset.
- Experience in developing and partnering with customers based out in International Markets preferable USA, UK, Europe, Canada etc.
- Able to professionally and confidently communicate with C-Level Executives
