Zonal Sales Manager
- Developing strategies to deliver as per business plan, analyzing the market for potential new avenues and cascade it to annual and mid-term plans for the Sales vertical focusing on revenue, volume, market share, pricing and expenditure.
- Building and leading zonal sales team, establishing productive and professional workforce and to drive the merchant acquiring business across the country by maintaining the relationship with stakeholders
- Strong Networking with Corporates, Private School, Teachers, Education Principal & Trustees.
- Providing inputs to the Sales team for all Sales initiatives to promote sales
- Ensuring adequate training to team to meet the requirements of the role and meeting market dynamics
- Managing a sales team at a zonal level
- Reviewing and analyzing market / competition trends for framing the company- s strategies
- Devising strategic initiatives to expand market reach and achieve the vertical vision
- Preparing annual sales & marketing budget and monitoring sales targets on monthly, quarterly and annually basis
Candidate Profile:
- Full time MBA from a recognized Institute
- Good Communication Skills
- Experience in the Education Sector would be preferred
- Minimum of 4 years experience in B2B or Institutional Sales
- Team Handling experience
- Willing to travel
- Aggressive & Target oriented
