Position: PEB Marketing Executive
Location: Indore & Noida

Job Summary:
As a PEB Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of Pre-Engineered Building solutions to prospective clients. You will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess a `strong understanding of the construction industry, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to sales.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote PEB solutions and generate leads.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting.
3. Build and maintain relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and other key stakeholders in the construction industry.
4. Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and site visits to showcase the benefits and features of our PEB solutions.
5. Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to develop customized proposals and solutions tailored to clients' requirements.
6. Prepare and negotiate contracts, proposals, and quotations in coordination with the sales and legal teams.
7. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.
8. Coordinate with the operations and project management teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of projects.
9. Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to the management team.
10. Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company's brand and offerings.
Qualifications and Skills :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
- Knowledge of Pre-Engineered Building systems, steel structures, and construction practices is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
