Relationship Manager
Role :
- This position is referred as Relationship Manager for the Customers.
- The role requires person to take over a mix of existing accounts and new sales territory.
- To excel in this role, you should have a compelling sales personality, hunger to chase and close new business opportunities from cold calls and inbound warm leads, farm existing customers, establish and maintain relationships with Customers.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Understand potential customer requirements and how they relate to our portfolio.
- Contacting potential Customers IT Managers and IT Heads of Corporates,
- Establish rapport arrange meetings and present Stellar products and services.
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new business opportunities.
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Developing quotes and proposals for Customers.
Qualifications & Skills :
- Graduate preferably in Sciences with Post Graduation in Management or equivalent.
- 1-5 Years in B2B Sales for IT products / IT services Direct Sales
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Business Goal Oriented, Ability to achieve Business Target Parameters consistently.
- Wiling to travel extensively in the field / allocated territory.
