Job Description :

- Stellar Informatics Pvt. Ltd. is currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive with experience in the core banking domain to join our team. As a leading technology company, we provide innovative solutions and services to clients in the banking industry.


- As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying potential clients, building relationships, and promoting our core banking solutions. You will work closely with our product and marketing teams to develop and execute sales strategies, meet sales targets, and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, specifically within the core banking domain. Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to understand customer needs are essential for this role.

Responsibilities :

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the core banking domain

- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders

- Promote and demonstrate our core banking solutions to potential clients

- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals

- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies

- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs

- Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts

- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and performance

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the core banking domain

- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities

- Ability to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly

- Self-motivated and result-oriented

- Good understanding of core banking systems and technologies

- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently

- Willingness to travel as required
