Role Overview :
As our Marketing & Sales Executive, you'll spearhead the promotion and sales of our cutting-edge Core Banking Solution and banking applications. This role combines strategic marketing with hands-on sales, requiring a blend of technical knowledge, marketing savvy, and sales acumen.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for our IT Vertical's core banking products
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with banks across North India
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the banking sector
- Conduct market research and analyse data to inform marketing and sales strategies
- Utilize both traditional and digital marketing channels (including SEO and social media)
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals
- Collaborate with product teams to align sales strategies with product capabilities
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Prepare compelling sales proposals and negotiate contracts
- Provide regular performance reports and market insights
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or marketing, preferably in IT/Banking sector
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong understanding of core banking systems and technologies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Proficiency in CRM systems and digital marketing tools
