Stellar Group - Assistant Manager - Marketing & Sales (2-6 yrs)
Job Description:
- Candidate will be selling residential/commercial property/project.
- Tie-up with the channel partners for the lead generation.
- Producing innovative ideas and sales strategies to meet objectives.
- Will require calling on leads given by company.
- Attending walk-ins customers.
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding the customer base.
- Brief introduction of ongoing new projects to prospective clients.
- Handling client inquiries on/off call.
- Have to arrange site visits of the project.
- Responsible for handling all the pre / post sales queries of clients.
- Ensure highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Business Development via generating more and more referrals from existing clients.
- Preparing monthly MIS in respect to sales.
- Perform any related duties and special projects as instructed by reporting manager.
- Any other task given by management.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate should have good real estate industry knowledge.
- Should have good presentation and communication skills.
- Must have good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated.
- Team player
- Can work under tight deadlines
- Experience: 0-5 yrs in real estate (Local NCR candidates would be preferred)
