Roles and responsibility :

- Finding New Customers

- Export Documentations

- Dealing with forwarder

- Export order management

- Payment management of Customers

- Freight negotiation with forwarder

- Shipment Management

- Responsible for generating new business and retaining existing customers.

- Planning, budgeting, execution, monitoring orders and dispatches to meet customer's dead line.

- Negotiation with customers.

Key Responsibilities :

Market Research and Analysis :

- Conduct market research to identify potential markets and customer needs.

- Analyze market trends, competition, and customer feedback to develop sales strategies.

Business Development :

- Identify and target new business opportunities in international markets.

- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.

- Generate leads through various channels, including trade shows, industry events, and online platforms.

Client Relationship Management :

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners.

- Understand client needs and provide customized solutions to meet their requirements.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular communication and follow-up.

Sales Negotiation and Closing :

- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale with clients.

- Close sales deals and ensure all sales activities are documented accurately.

- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

Sales Reporting and Analysis :

- Monitor and report on sales performance, including sales forecasts and pipeline management.

- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

- Provide regular updates to management on sales activities and progress.

Cross-functional Collaboration :

- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies and customer needs.

- Provide feedback to the product development team on market demands and customer preferences.

- Work with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of products to international clients.

Compliance and Documentation :

- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.

- Prepare and maintain all necessary documentation for international sales transactions.

- Stay updated on industry regulations, tariffs, and trade policies that impact international sales.

Skills Required :

- Experience in international sales or business development.

- Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies in international markets

- Strong understanding of global markets and cultural awareness.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
