Roles and responsibility :
- Deal with B2B Clients
- Planning and Developing the right marketing strategy to get the product noticed by the target audience.
- Researching market opportunities and identifying prospective clients.
- Researching features and functions of identical products by rival companies.
- Develop business strategies and promotion schemes to enhance brand recognition.
- Follow up long term accounts strategies that increase profit and help in cultivating the long term-term relationships with proper decision makers.
- Interact with existing clients and ensures that their orders are delivered in proper span of time.
- Policies that help marketing and promotion of goods through appropriate channels like events meets exhibition etc. Fixing appointment with Builders, institutions, function halls, architectures & interior designers.
- Generating every month new business from distributor to company
- Handling express dealers from all part of areas allotted
- Creating new client for registration daily basis.
- Fixing appointment with professionals like Architecture, smes, interior designers, doctors etc
- Generating the new enquiries to team daily basis.
- Facilitate team communication and collaboration.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics.
- Manage customer interactions and track sales activities.
- Identify the market competitors, their strengths and understand their approach.
- Manage to handle working on multiple proposals simultaneously.
- Arranging review meetings and implementing the decisions.
- Present real time status reports to management on each project
- Responsible to drive the team to deliver the set targets.
- Develop & Strengthen relationship with new & existing potential customers.
- Awareness of competitor's products strengths, weakness and pricing to apply strategy accordingly to win the project
- Use sales data and analytics to inform your strategies and decisions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement data-driven initiatives to enhance sales effectiveness.
Skills Required :
- Good connection with B2B Clients like Builders, institutions, function halls, interior designers, doctors , government institutions, etc.
- Develop comprehensive project plans that outline goals, timelines, and resources.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales projects.
- Use project management tools to stay organized and on schedule.
- Clearly communicate requirements and deadlines to all stakeholders.
