Stellapps Technologies - Executive/Officer - Sales (1-6 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Sales of value added dairy products (Example - Paneer, milk, curd, SMP , Ghee and Khoa) for HoReCa, institution and other channels as per management discussion Pre & Post - sales activities include cold and planned call, Do a bridge activity between company and customer. Proposal making and sharing with customer.
- Convert leads into Purchase order. Payment collection, co-ordination with internal team for smooth operation.
- Managing Sales by Developing A Business Plan That Covers Sales, Revenue And Expense Controls
- Maintain and develop customer and prospect database.
- Respond to and follow up enquiries raised by customer.
- Appoint, Lead, train and execute team responsibilities which is required with management approval.
- Actively seek and implement opportunities to expand the distribution network.
- Help other business team members to optimize plant operations by bringing more margin friendly deals, increase revenue and overall margins for MPP and cluster.
- Identify, substantiate and develop long shelf products (Like UHT, ESL, SMP, Butter) market
- Work in tandem with the marketing team to execute impactful campaigns and develop localized promotional materials.
- Ensure prompt resolution of any channel-related issues and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- Carry out market research, competitors' information.
