Stellapps - Regional Manager - Sales - Premium Segment (7-10 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Establish partnerships and alliances with E-commerce, QSR chains and Dairy aggregators engaged in selling premium milk and milk products
- Map the market, identify additional areas for growth - products, geographies, etc.
- Work closely with the milk procurement and processing team in preparation and execution of monthly targets
- Identify lead indicators and initiate appropriate corrective actions in case of any red flags
- Establish a strong premium branding for mooMark products (intel inside).
- Build, nurture and lead a strong and capable team
Qualification & Experience :
- Post-Graduation in Management with specialization in Marketing
- Total experience of at least 8 years of which the last 3 years must be in selling to e-commerce and QSR segments
- Experience in selling milk and milk products, premium product rage will be an added advantage
