Job Overview :
- The Sales Executive's responsibilities include generating leads, making sales calls, continuously updating our Sales database, and meeting sales targets.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Work directly with team management to ensure that all the administrative and support functions of the sales department are operating effectively.
- Coordinating with the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
- Tele-calling, cold calling, responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
- Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
- Plan and coordinate the meetings with customers or clients in a way that it helps in easy closure and execution of a project.
- Act as a primary or initial point of contact for the pre-existing or current clients.
- Work with other departments within the company to bring in additional help on creating sales presentations when needed.
- Generate new business/leads and increase monthly sales revenue through Direct Sales (Hotels, Hospitals, Restaurants etc.)
- Develop, implement and follow marketing strategies and plans for achieving sales targets, including market mapping.
- Develop new business within the existing customer base. Develop and maintain Strong Customer Relationship.
- Ensure coordination with all the support function.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Male candidates are compulsory for this profile.
- Two-wheeler is a plus point.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Strong verbal and written communicator.
- Excellent phone and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Overall Computer Skills.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Communication Skills: English (Strong - Written and Spoken), Hindi and Kannada (Spoken)
