Stealth Technocrats - Manager - Inside Sales (3-5 yrs)
Job_description :
Inside Sales Manager has to generate leads through various online platforms like LinkedIn, Email marketing, Telecalling etc.
- He/She is hired to manage the professional development of an inside sales team, which consists of individuals who conduct sales via phones or the Internet. Set goals, track leads, produce reports, complete monthly forecasting, and set department budgets. Inside Sales Managers also conduct analyses to determine prospective clients and develop relationships with existing clients.
- He/she has to explain our solutions to the prospects and gather the requirements. He/she has to coordinate with the sales team and technical team.
- He/she has to send an offer with the help of the technical team and do the follow-up about the status of the offer till the deal is closed.
Position : Inside Sales Manager (IT Background)
Experience : 2-5 Years
Requirements :
- Building out and maintaining a strong pipeline of leads/Projects and potential new business.
- Research to identify new markets and clients need
- Co-ordinate with the whole team, Develop overall project timelines and key milestones, ensure teams meet critical dates
- Manage all phases of projects: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, closure
- Ensuring sales growth through
- Revenue enhancement in existing leads
