Steadfast - Business Development Executive - US Consulting Sales (2-4 yrs)
We are looking for Business Development Executive for U.S. Consultative sales. This is an opportunity with career advancement possibility into expanding BD roles. This position reports to the Business Development Manager. The compensation includes both fixed and variable components.
Job Description
- Engage with US consulting companies to sell Steadfast Enterprise Technical and consulting services
- Qualify leads as sales opportunities
- Contact potential clients through different channels
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/ services
- Build long term trusting relationship with clients
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients
- Infrequent travel nationally and internationally on short stints
Skills Required
- At least 2 years in sales, market penetration, client servicing in consulting services/ IT Staffing
- A least 1 years of experience working with US clients in selling technology services
- Good understanding of the market and cultural dynamics of U.S. IT services eco system
- Experience in engaging directly with US customers
- Understand the sales concepts- Lead qualification, differentiator, Pricing etc.
- Passionate about consultative sales. Have a flair for sales and desire to build new business
