Statusbrew - Inside Sales Role (1-3 yrs)
Responsibilities & duties
- Identify and source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls and emails
- Connecting with customers in order to sell, manage, obtain information
- Developing new business via telephone and mass communication such as email and social media to introduce the solution-mix and identifying appropriate buyers within the target market
- Prepare a strong pitch to open doors in target accounts
- Following up on leads and conducting research to identify potential prospects
- Qualify prospects by understanding customer needs and budgets and identifying key buying influencers within these prospects to determine budget and timelines
- Outbound Calling to Prospects based on business research guidelines from the Sales team
- Support sales via targeted research & focused outreach campaign
- Develops accounts by checking customer's buying history; suggesting related and new items
Explaining product features
- Providing technical information and explanations; preparing quotations
- Maintain metrics to meet activity goals (call volume, email, and revenue objectives)
- Maintaining reporting covering lead funnel, warm leads, call reports and prospect feedback.
- Learn and demonstrate a fundamental understanding of the offerings and clearly convey advantages to prospective customers to successfully manage and overcome prospect objections
