State Street- Content Development Manager
Summary of the role :
- Support the Content team in India, liaising with local SMEs and Global Marketing team to help drive the success and high quality of marketing communications and campaigns
- Write, edit and proofread content to ensure alignment with corporate style, tone, voice and brand attributes.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Support the development of content and/or processes for a wide range of marketing and communications materials, such as:
- Follow-on assets from our research campaigns
- Bylined articles
- Client-facing newsletters and sales decks
- Global Marketing-owned content in RFPs
- Digital content for publication on our website or via marketing emails
Individual Responsibilities :
- Provide editorial and project management support to Content Marketing team as required; may include requests for proposal content, client email marketing campaigns and web content
- Assist with execution of established content strategies to deliver customized messaging that resonates with clients and other target audiences globally
- Perform and track all required Legal and Compliance reviews of content, ensuring all content has appropriate sign-off before distribution and approvals are fully documented
- Generate ideas / suggestions for reconfiguring content for different marketing channels and audiences, including print, multimedia and digital platforms
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in English, marketing communications or another related field
- 8- 10 years- experience working in Marketing environment, internships included
- Experience working both independently and as part of a team in a global, deadline-oriented environment
- Familiarity with content management systems and email marketing platforms a plus.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills, presentation skills; strong writing, editing and proofreading capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, Visio)
- Project management skills
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
