State Sales Manager - FMCG (8-10 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
- Primary and secondary target achievement.
- Monitoring availability and visibility of all products in the outlets/market.
- Maintaining and strengthening the existing distributor network.
- Overseeing and developing the performance of the sales team through product knowledge education and motivation.
- Recruiting resources at vacant areas
Requirements :
- Minimum 8 years of experience in sales (SO / ASM). (FMCG industry mandatory)
- Fluency in Kannada and Telugu is mandatory.
- Team handling skills.
