Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced State Business Head to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, specifically in the B2B segment. Sales experience in agricultural products along with a prior experience in SAAS selling is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage sales and business development activities in the assigned state.
2. Achieve sales targets by enrolling clients in our SAAS platform.
3. Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and market penetration.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
5. Manage and mentor a team of 4 to 5 sales professionals, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Requirements:
1. Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales and business development in the B2B segment.
2. Preferable experience in SAAS selling.
3. Agricultural sales experience is a plus.
4. Proven experience in managing a team of 4 to 5 people.
5. Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
6. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
