State Manager - Sales - Interventional Cardiology Products (10-15 yrs)
Opening with a client a medical device company a Indian MNC focusing on wound care solutions having 35000 SqFt. Clean Room. With Comprehensive portfolio for numerous surgical specialties: i.e. Interventional Cardiology Cardio, Neuro, Ophthalmic etc. the Facility meets Gold standard on Green building principles.
Position : State Manager
Coverage Area : Gujarat
Job Description :
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- State Manager Responsibilities include to Appoint Right channel partners in particular State to market for Interventional Cardiology Products like Balloon Catheter etc
- Setting up Distributors and assisting them in increasing Product Penetration into respective territory and state.
- Define & implement the marketing & Sales strategy for Interventional Cardiology in the defined state
- Drive new product introductions and sales force effectiveness
- Candidate with previous team handling experience will be preferred.
- Strong control over Monitoring Aspects of Territory Sales, Business Data Analysis, Sales to Expense Ratios and building dominant marketing Ratio in Individual Interventional Cardiology Product Categories.
- Ideal Candidate should have understanding of Financial Modelling P/ L and Expendables for IC Products and should be good in Exceeding Defined targets for Sales and Revenue models.
- Should be well versed with New Product Launches and How to market them in Respective Territories.
- Expanding New Accounts and Territories systematically with Growth and Revenue Progression.
- With capabilities of driving state Sales with Launching to expansion for the team and product portfolio
Experience :
- 10+ yrs. of experience in Sales of Products like Balloon Catheter etc. in Intervention Cardiology Segment only apply
- Application from medical device / interventional cardiology / coronory /peripheral segment preferre
- Candidates having proficiency in terms of legal agreements, stocks/inventories, primary secondary sales channel Management would be considered as most preferred.

- Strong leadership, management & motivational skills
- Proficient in OS Word Excel Outlook and Computer Skills.
- Candidates From Medical Device and with Experience in Interventional Cardiology only apply.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and the assertiveness to get things done
- Ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams
Salary Range : upto 15 lakhs + Incentives
