State Head - Telesales - Internet/Online (10-12 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Monitoring and managing a team of Telesales executives and driving productivity through Team Leaders
- Segregating and assigning leads across the executives
- Ensuring that the executives meet the hourly/daily/monthly targets and sending reports to the manager on the targets achieved
- Periodically reviewing the performance of the team, driving metrics around individual performance, attrition, quality, talk time and number of calls being made by the team
- Constantly motivating executives driving them towards incentives and controlling attrition
- Identifying training needs and highlighting the same
Skills and Competencies :
- Strong Analytical skills
- Strong leadership and team handling skills
- High passion, service orientation and attention to detail
- High Emotional quotient, Persuasion Skills and Presentation skills
Education and Experience :
Graduate in any specialization with a minimum 10-12 years- experience in client / customer servicing (out of which a minimum experience of 6-8 years in Team Handling is required). Candidates with exposure in various sectors like banking, retail and telecom preferred.
