- Relationship handling with existing banks.
- Assigning new banks to the region. Lead generation & cross selling company's products and solutions
- Handling P&L accounts
- P&L responsibility for designated trade area.
- Handling leads-ensuring high conversion rates
- Market research & planning for trade area.
- Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging company's network.
- Develop negotiating strategies and position by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.
- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts.
- Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet banking needs.
- Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs
Required Skillsets - B2B/ Corporate Client experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience in B2b Sales
- Good negotiator & needs to have exceptionally good communication skills
