State Head - Sales - NBFC - Micro Finance Firm (7-12 yrs)
Leading NBFC require State Head - Sales to handle its entire Micro Finance sales team in Tamilnadu.
- Candidate should be a graduate.
- Candidate with Sales background in BSFI / Education domain will be given preference.
- Should have 7-10 years of team management experience with at least 5 years of experience managing larger geography.
- Proven end to end sales skills prospecting, pipeline management, closing and negotiation.
- Proven ability to meet targets.
- Detail and process oriented.
- Self-starter and self-motivated
- Excellent communication and relationship development skills.
- Should open to frequent travel within territory.
SALARY : UPTO 18.00 LACS PER ANNUM + INCENTIVE
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Set Up entire business process for the State. Open new Locations as per business plan.
- Create a strategic roadmap and execution plan for the acquisition of new location/clients in line with the overall organizational objectives.
- Take complete ownership of the sales process, forecast sales for specific periods and generate the targeted numbers.
- Lead a team of Sales Executives in sourcing unsecured and secured loans.
- Recruitment, Training and Mentoring of Sales Executive.
- To achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly business targets as per plan.
- Coordinate with Credit / Operation / Collection team for loan sectioned, the disbursal and receivable management.
- MIS preparation, reporting to Zonal Business and adherence to Audit / Compliance as per company Standards.
- Experience in Micro Finance Loans.
- Aggressive sales person, able to build relationship.
