State Head - Sales - Life Insurance (8-18 yrs)
We have urgent opening for State Head Position in leading life insurance company, handle other than Chennai location and CTC offered upto 12LPA.
Job Description
Participate in planning, leading the team to implement company's strategies and processes.
Channel Management:
1. Establishing strategic alliance / tie-ups with financially strong and reliable channels partners, resulting in deeper market penetration and reach.
2. Monitoring channels sales and marketing activities; implementing effective strategies to maximize sales and accomplish revenue and collection targets.
3. Providing assistance to channel partners by conducting training programs; ensuring seamless delivery of quality products & services in the market. People Management:
1. Recruiting, training & monitoring the performance of the team members to ensure efficiency in sales operation and meeting of individual & groups targets.
2. Conducting meetings for setting up sales objectives and designing or streamlining processes to ensure smoothing functioning of sales operations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum Qualification - Graduation.
- Minimum 3 yrs of experience in Team handling role .
- Should have life insurance experience of minimum 5 yrs
- Candidate can be from background of Direct/Banca/ CABR Channel
