State Head - Sales - Insurance (5-10 yrs)
- TO monitor motor Insurance business and achieve targets in IBL & Non-IBL business Targets.
- TO monitor GPA Insurance business and achieve targets. To focus more on efficiency.
- TO monitor Health Insurance business and achieve targeted numbers.
- To review all claims weekly.
- All documents should have been submitted . (except bills where the vehicles are under repair, and NTC/ FR in theft claims)
- Any claim which is under repair after 60 days from date of accident should be endorsed by the SH.
- To conduct the weekly meeting and review all claims, UW & Operational issues.
- Need to involve and try to resolve any dispute.
- To monitor the insurance officers very closely and review their productivity month on month.
- All exceptions like D704/D135, Policy pending in deposit cases & health pending, Auto renewal confirmation & APD uploading should be handled as per norms.
- E-policy penetration should be 80%.
Branch Visits : - To ensure that all HUBs in the state and all branches under the HUBs are visited once in quarter.
Training and Induction:
During visits, all concerned including the BIC are trained in all aspects of the insurance. Also the process as envisaged in the SOP are explained to each and every executive in the state.
