State Head - Sales - Healthcare (10-15 yrs)
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand customer base and market share.
- Onboard Hospitals/Business Expansion :
- Lead efforts to onboard new hospitals onto the platform, leveraging persuasive communication and negotiation skills.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate new markets and diversify revenue streams
- Manage Relationships with Key Stakeholders in Hospitals:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hospital administrators, doctors, and finance managers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for hospitals, addressing their needs, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales Planning and Review/Sales Operations:
- Regularly review sales performance against targets and adjust strategies as needed.
- Oversee day-to-day sales operations, ensuring smooth execution of sales activities.
- Responsible for Zone P&L :
- Manage the profit and loss (P&L) for the designated zone, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
- Monitor financial performance metrics and take proactive measures to address any variances or challenges.
- Empanel key corporates through corporate tie-ups and hospital camps:
- Organize and facilitate hospital camps in collaboration with corporate partners to showcase offerings and engage with potential clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities aimed at driving corporate adoption.
Requirements :
1. Post Graduate/Master's degree (Preferred) in Marketing /Sales/Business or similar.
2. Minimum 10-15 years of relevant experience.
