State Head - Sales - FinTech/Consumer Durables (10-16 yrs)
- Responsible for Validation & Empanelment of Channel Partners
- Responsible for conducting team huddle on a daily basis as per the process laid down.
- Responsible for implementation and review of goal sheet and completion of sales target.
- Accountable for acquisition and retention of Distributors and Retailers for achieving revenue targets as assigned by the organization through the sales team.
- Develop and manage the relationship with key decision makers of anchor company.
- Explore new business opportunities from time to time.
- Inter department liaising with various functions
- Responsible for Managing Distributors & Retailers while sourcing quality revenue.
- Must be from White Goods/ Consumer Durables / Fintech/ Small appliances/ FMEG Vertical / Mobile Industry
- Travel frequency - 50 to 70% a month
