Job Description :
Must have B2B & B2C experience.
P/L Accountability Responsible for revenue targets, sales growth through newer segments and driving sales through Retail & Project Sales for achieving business goals.
Oversee profit centre operations and accountable for increasing profitability and achieve sales target.
Appoint new business partners to expand product reach in the market and working in close interaction with the Distributors, Dealers, and Key Accounts / to assist them to promote the product.
Develop strategy, oversee team & individual performance and manage daily activities.
Conducting market research and devise effective strategies to identify and maximize opportunities for increased efficiency and profitability.
Manage activities pertaining to negotiating/ finalization of deals (techno commercial) for smooth execution of sales & order processing.
Pioneer quantitative initiatives to business development strategy utilizing impact forecasts, analytics, segmentation, product development, cost reduction & project management.
Identify prospective clients, generating business from the existing clientele, thereby achieving the business targets. Establish business strategies and achievement of financial objectives.
Establishing growth strategies for various business and formats.
Configuring systems to suit the business needs of key accounts.
Manage process change for customers, effectively deal with various decision makers and influencers at all levels in both organizations.
Manage and deliver service, Planning, Strategy & Execution of Business plan. Inventory & vendor management, Region / Product wise analysis.
Salary : INR 18,00,000 - 30,00,000 P.A.

Exp. Required : At Least 14 Yrs Relevant Industry Experience

Candidate should be young, energetic with excellent communication skills.
PG - MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization
