State Head - Sales & Distribution - Dairy (7-12 yrs)
The candidate is responsible to look after the sales and distribution of all products by ensuring ISO guidelines with an objective to achieve the budgeted business targets and Customer satisfaction.
KRAs:
- Plan, execute and achieve the budgeted sales targets as per the business plan.
- Develop market intelligence and expansion of distribution network.
- Promote and extend the company's parlors and parlor sales in the area of operation.
- Ensure to collect/recover the sales realization and out standings.
- Administration of all Sales Offices, by Optimum utilization of resources, Funds and Cost Control in general and Sales & Distribution cost in particular.
- Crates Management and timely distribution of Dairy Products.
- Effective control & minimize the leakages & damages.
- Organize Customer Contract Programs and addressing complaints.
- Statutory and ISO Compliance.
Desired Skills:
- MBA in marketing with over 7-12 yrs in Managerial / Functional Head Role.
- Candidates who are well versed with local language and with Dairy / FMCG (Food) back ground shall be preferred and given weightage.
- Position shall be based at Chennai to look after the Sales activity of Dairy Division.
