State Head/Cluster Manager/Branch Manager - Sales - BFSI (2-15 yrs)
We are hiring for our client who is a trusted name in the SME credit business, has emerged one of the leading players in providing financial support since 2008. Its head quarter located in Mumbai at business district Nariman Point and has presence across the country in almost all states and is constantly expanding its presence at district and Tehsil level to serve the MSMEs.
The product: Lap - loan against property, mortgage, home loan, personal loan.
Positions Available-- State Head, Cluster Manager, Branch Manager

- This job is for Drive this business in the respective cluster
- Responsible for overall growth and success of the business in the cluster.
- Oversees the performance of the MSE portfolio of his/her cluster in terms of growth (amount and client base) and productivity of relationship officers by guiding them and carrying out constructive reviews of their performance.
- Guides the sales, officer, branch manager, relationship officers in carrying out marketing and sales activity, customer appraisals and proposal preparation.
-Maintains relationship with high value MSE customers to maximize value and get referrals
- Exercises control and carries out recovery of loans in his/her cluster, carries out risk assessment and recovery strategies.
Work Experience :
State Head 9 to 15 years
Cluster Manager 6 to 9 years
Branch Manager 2 - 3 years
