We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an HMS (Hospital Management System) Product Sales Specialist.

In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our HMS software solutions to hospitals in Tamilnadu Kerala AndhraPradesh Karnataka Telangana Market

Your primary objective will be to achieve sales targets, build relationships with key stakeholders, and contribute to the overall growth of our organization.

- Strong experience and network with Doctors / Hospitals.

- Reach out to potential clients in a resourceful and engaging way

- Develops strategies to explore new regions to generate more business

- Present and close business at the Hospital/State /City /District level

- Ensures higher level of engagement to meet renewal targets.

- Evaluate market trends and proactively conduct a competitor/opportunity analysis.

- Constant follow up with prospective customers.

- A go-getter attitude is required for this role as an Individual Contributor

- Forecast, track key account metrics, and clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly

initiatives to internal and external stakeholder

Qualification & Skills

- MBA Only

- Demonstrated achievement in B2B sales

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access and industry-specific analysis software

- Basic understanding of the industry, with the ability to become a subject matter expert on the job

- Innovation and problem-solving skills that include the ability to develop and propose software

& application based solutions for clients

- Willing to travel

- Languages - Must be Familiar in English & Regional Languages

Important - Who Can apply - Candidates must be have experiences in selling

1) HIMS to Hospital

2) Having business relationship with CMD/CXO/Chairman of the hospitals @ State/City/District Level.

3) Can connect with above 50 bedded hospitals only

4) Able to share a ppt of region wise / hospital wise split up during initial interview itself

5) Able to join in 20th October to 30th October, able to start working with us from 1st November onwards

- State Head will be resided at state capital - 1no - 8 to 11 yrs of experience - salary offered - 65 - 80 k + perks

- City Head will be resided at 2nd & 3rd city - 2nos - 5 - 8 yrs of experience. - 40 - 55 k + perks
