State Head - B2B Sales - Healthcare (5-10 yrs)
The Sales Head will lead and oversee the strategic development, management, and execution of business development initiatives to establish and maintain successful partnerships with hospitals. This individual will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, expanding the organization's reach, and ensuring mutually beneficial agreements with partner hospitals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to establish tie-ups with hospitals.
-Identify and prioritize key hospitals and healthcare institutions for partnerships.
- Set annual sales targets and create action plans to achieve them.
2. Business Development & Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with hospital administrators, medical directors, and decision-makers.
- Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with hospitals to design tailored solutions for their needs, including services, facilities, or technology integration.
3. Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities for collaboration.
- Provide insights into healthcare industry developments to refine business strategies.
4. Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team to support the hospital tie-up strategy.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as operations, marketing, and product to ensure seamless execution of hospital partnerships.
5. Reporting & Performance Management:
- Track, analyze, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to hospital tie-ups and revenue generation.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on progress, challenges, and strategic recommendations.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of sales and business development experience, preferably in healthcare or related industries, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of successfully closing hospital tie-ups or equivalent institutional partnerships.
