The core team has graduate degrees from top universities globally such as Upenn, Columbia, IIT, London Business School, etc. The management team has 40+ years of cumulative experience in finance with firms such as Deloitte, Merrill Lynch, Citi, Policybazaar, Kabbage, and Lehman.The Founder of the Company was a private equity and VC investor with firms such as General Atlantic, Goldman Sachs and Everstone and was based in India and New York. The founder holds an MBA from Wharton.
JOB DESCRIPTION - BD Manager/ Sales Manager
The person would be responsible for :-
1. Drive Off-Line Sales through rigorous cold calling and meeting potential clients/corporates/organizations to sell our Product.
2. Identify/On-board/Develop Corporate partners
3. Periodic market Research for finding different avenues for demand, collecting competitors data and effective data mining for generating prospects
4. Responsible for end-to- end Sales process from qualifying clients to closing the deals to retaining/acquiring new accounts/clients, in a specified region/market.
5. Understand client's requirements and tailor-pitch the product portfolio accordingly.
6. Efficient Planning and Executing market-site visits within assigned region.
7. Maintain and review monthly Sales Tracker of your Territory.
8. Share regular feedback on market conditions, competition, pricing and other factors influencing on-ground sales .
