About the Role :
We are looking for an experienced and innovative Digital Marketing Manager with a strong background in digital strategy and performance marketing. This role will involve leading and executing digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. You'll be responsible for shaping and enhancing our digital presence across channels while delivering measurable results aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Digital Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across all channels, including social media, search, email, and display advertising, to support overall marketing objectives.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns, leveraging PPC, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
- Content Strategy: Work with content creators to develop high-quality, engaging, and SEO-friendly content that resonates with target audiences and supports campaign objectives.
- Social Media Management: Oversee social media strategy, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement across platforms while growing the online community.
- Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using insights to inform strategy and optimize for ROI.
- Audience Insights: Conduct audience segmentation and customer journey analysis to ensure campaigns are tailored to specific customer personas and stages of the funnel.
- Budget Management: Manage digital marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize returns.
- SEO and SEM Optimization: Oversee SEO/SEM strategies, collaborating with content and web teams to improve organic search performance and drive quality traffic.
- Marketing Automation: Leverage marketing automation tools to drive personalized communication and streamline workflows, improving efficiency and engagement.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of managing and optimizing digital campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, content marketing, and social media advertising.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and marketing automation software.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and performance reporting.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
