The Role :
We are looking for an experienced, sales manager who is passionate about selling products that customers love and is willing to drive adoption in the field. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company's vision and strategy. To achieve a competitive differentiation in lending business, the company plans to invest in an industry leading technology platform.
The incumbent will report to the senior sales leadership of the company & will be involved in managing & developing various sales verticals.

Expectations:
- Drive adoption among the target customer base
- Willingness to travel across the country and manage worksite activations at corporates/ malls, etc
- Manage Sales targets and handle P & L responsibility
- Motivating team through a mix of Incentives and Training
- Working in close co-ordination with Customer sales and Credit team to ensure business targets are achieved
- Pushing new and innovative channels for sales of the company's flagship Credit Line Card product
- Managing the hiring of Sales Executives for the team
- Ability to continuously track and monitor the competitive landscape
- Comfortable with a 6-day workweek
Competencies :
- At least 7 years of sales experience
- Comfortable with sales targets and managing MoM growth
- Deep understanding of banking products such as Personal loans, Home Loans, Credit Cards etc
- Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done
- Be open to receiving objective criticism and improving based upon it
- Possess sound knowledge of the credit card/ personal loan business
- Demonstrable experience of 2 - 4 years in NBFC/ Banks/ FinTechs in a similar role
- Demonstrated ability and commitment to deliver on major projects
- Knack for bench-marking and optimisation
- Intellectual curiosity
