StartupEd - Manager - Digital Marketing (2-4 yrs)
Responsibilities (Include but are not limited to)
- Create engaging content for the organization's social media presence.
- Keep the social media channels updates, while seeking out new social media avenues and ways of connecting to the target groups.
- Manage the organization's social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter, and other relevant platforms.
- Create dynamic writing, graphics, and video content.
- Develop social media campaigns.
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of the website and social media.
Soft Skills:
- Problem Solving - The candidate must have problem-solving skills to build creative solutions to challenging problems by thinking out of the box.
- Design - A customer focus outlook is required to produce output that is easily usable and is of value to the internal/external customers of the work.
- Leadership - The candidate needs to have the go-getter attitude and be proactive in his/her approach to work.
- Teamwork - It's vital that the candidate has an easy going personality and can work well within a team driving environment.
- Communication - Being transparent and avoiding any loss of information is at the core of Startup Ed's culture and we want to keep it that way.
The soft skills requirement may look clich, but are super important and won- t be overlooked. Finance can be self-taught on the internet, but personalities don- t change easy.
