Starfish Growth Partners - Manager - Sales - Space Craft (8-10 yrs)
- Space Craft, a Starfish Growth Partners LLP initiative has partnered with well-renowned real estate builders in Hyderabad, Bangalore and Kochi to sell residential & commercial properties and interior design & landscaping services.
- Due to its stable growth, the company immediately requires Sales Managers and Executives for its Hyderabad, Bangalore and Kochi operations. The role holder must have an in-depth understanding of real estate and interior design services, and superior commercial experience to liaise with high-level decision-makers, investors, service providers, banks, and key real estate companies. To achieve sales goals, he/she must have the ability and insight to identify property owners, investors, and future clients' unique needs.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
- Own and exceed monthly sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
- Understand category-specific landscapes and trends
- Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts
- Coordinate with the technical team to resolve customer queries.
- Must be able to handle a Sales team, set targets, and drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Manpower planning, recruiting the right talent, and then training and grooming
An ideal candidate would be someone with :
- 8 to 10 years of experience in the real estate industry in the managerial role
- 2 to 3 years of demonstrated experience in the executive role
Preferred academic background :
- MBA or equivalent
- Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager, or sales and marketing director
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
- Proven ability to position products against competitors
- Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills (G-Suite/Canva)
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Experience with CRM suites
- Experience with sales engagement tools
- Focused on Numbers & Aggressively target-oriented
