StarClinch - Senior Business Development Manager (5-15 yrs)
Looking for a hustler with proven records of revenue generation and has worked on high ticket size. The ideal candidate must have dealt with HNIs and is also ready to be an Individual contributor along with handling a team.
We are a number centric company and expects the same from the team.
- Planning:
- Plan to ensure that the weekly and monthly targets are met for each and every individual of the team.
- Conduct reviews for the team members' performance and take corrective actions, if any.
Marketing :
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends and plan marketing activities.
- Generate customer leads by running various marketing campaigns in their region.
Analytics :
- Utilize sales data to understand market trends and potential, and furnish reports.
- Develop and optimize sales processes to continuously improve.
Sales :
- Present, promote and sell services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
- Understand customer's requirements and pitch services accordingly from the available product offerings of the company.
- Heavily sales driven work, with a team handling of 10-20 people.
- Reach out to customers through cold calling and schedule for final sales.
Requirement :
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proven work experience in sales- event management, artist management.
- Strong knowledge of the event industry, talent market, and trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and artists.
- Goal-oriented, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as in a team environment.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
