Star Health Insurance - Manager - Social Media (5-6 yrs)
Social Media Manager is responsible for handling all the social media accounts across the brand. They should have up-to-date knowledge in terms of latest digital trends and keep a keen eye on the consumer behavior on our social pages. Should possess excellent communication skills and be able to express our brand's views clearly and creatively.
JD:
- Manage day-to-day activities on all SM handles
- Brief creative team, come up with innovative designs that are highly engaging
- Define and implement social media strategy in alignment with brand and business objectives
- Set specific objectives and report on ROI
- Ensure that we are sharing engaging content on daily basis
- Come up with and execute total social media calendar
- Work closely with SEO and web teams and monitor traffic metrics
- Collaborate with other teams, like performance marketing, ORM, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
- Oversee and keep updating social media covers like Facebook timeline cover, and blog layout
- Propose and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions, polls, competitions etc.,
- Speak to customers and generate testimonials, share them on social media periodically
