Star Health Insurance - Brand Manager (7-15 yrs)
Responsible for developing Brand strategies, Marketing plans, and Brand innovations/integrations. They should feel comfortable working cross-functionally to execute these strategies and ensure brand consistency.
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure consistency in brand-related decisions.
- Analyze and report on brand performance to determine ROI.
- Monitor market and consumer trends
- Work closely with Digital Marketing and Performance team to maximize the returns.
- Use market research insights to develop sharp communications strategies
- Maintain a tracker and run the entire brand related operations
- Track key brand KPIs and present the finding to the senior management.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing
- 7 to 10 years' brand management or marketing experience
- Advertising agency experience is an advantage.
