Star Health - Creative Lead - Content Marketing (6-11 yrs)
About the role:
We're looking for a Creative Lead to join our team to take our Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and other content channels to the next level by translating brand messaging into interactive, engaging, and valuable content, through the mastery of design.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and develop visually stunning and on-brand mood boards, and graphics for our content channels.
- Collaborate closely with the Performance Marketing team and Video Team to understand content requirements and create design assets that align with the overall brand strategy.
- Create engaging and shareable infographics, illustrations, animations, and other visual elements to enhance marketing campaigns and drive audience engagement.
- Ensure consistency in design elements, typography, and overall visual style across all platforms.
- Stay up to date with current design trends and techniques, continuously enhancing your skills and bringing fresh ideas to the team.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and digital teams, to ensure the seamless integration of design assets across various channels.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with external agencies or freelancers, when necessary, to meet specific design requirements.
Preferred experience & Skillsets:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 to 10 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a social media-focused role.
- Min. 2-4 year of experience in managing designers/creative team.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative and visually appealing designs for social media platforms.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Solid understanding of social media platforms and their design requirements, including image dimensions, file formats, and best practices.
- Excellent knowledge of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Skills to effectively present and explain design concepts and ideas.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality designs that meet brand guidelines.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes and feedback, while maintaining a positive and proactive attitude.
Good to have:
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing software (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS for basic web design is beneficial.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms is advantageous.
