Star Health and Allied Insurance - Senior Executive - Sales (0-6 yrs)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Receive and handle inbound calls from customers/hospitals/agent's/sales managers and branch managers, etc.
- Record customer's complaints & requests
- When required support with outbound calls to customers/claimants.
- Follow up certain customers/internal departments based on claims, requests end to end solution
QUALIFICATIONS & ATTRIBUTES:
- Fresher/Experienced
- Language Preferences
- Hindi/Kannada/Malayalam [-any regional languages]
- 12th pass / Any Degree/Diploma [-Candidates with Arrears can also apply]
